Description

Please note:

1. If your player already has a uniform, please list their number.
2. If your player is a new player and are ordering a uniform with one of the t-shirts, then a number will be assigned to your player.
3. If your player is a camper or a clinic player they can choose their number. Note that, if they decide to play on a team later on, a uniform number will need to be assigned and may be different then the number chosen for the t-shirt.
